What the service covers
We combine the major integrator networks (think DHL, FedEx, UPS) with our consolidation at origin to give you a true door-to-door shipment: pickup at the Chinese factory, export clearance and flight, with a tracking number from the very start. On this kind of shipment, import clearance at destination is usually included and handled by the courier network itself; we coordinate it so everything fits together. You don't touch a single formality.
Chargeable weight (volumetric weight)
As with air freight, in courier you pay for the chargeable weight: the greater of actual weight (kg) and volumetric weight. In courier the volumetric is calculated as Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 5000. That's why a bulky, light box can be billed for more than the scale shows. We work it out beforehand so there are no surprises.

- Middle East: 3–6 days

- Southeast Asia: 2–5 days
