Shipping from China to East Asia

We're a Chinese freight forwarder operating from the origin, where your goods are made and loaded. East Asia is China's immediate neighbourhood: distances are short and transit times among the fastest in the world. We coordinate your import end to end —sea or air freight, documentation and customs clearance— with the prices you only get by working from the origin itself. A single point of contact from the Chinese factory to your warehouse door in Japan, South Korea or Taiwan.

Why import from China to East Asia with a forwarder at origin

Better price, no middlemen

You work with the people at the port of departure in China, not a middleman at destination that subcontracts. Fewer links, better price.

The shortest transits

It's the closest region to China. Many destinations are reached by sea in a few days and by air in a matter of hours. Speed that's hard to match on any other route.

We leverage the trade agreements

Each country has its own framework with China (RCEP with Japan, a bilateral FTA with South Korea, ECFA with Taiwan). We make sure your shipment carries the right certificate of origin so you pay the lowest possible duty.

A single point of contact

One person answers for the whole journey. We work in writing, in English by default and in Spanish when you need it, so every detail is clear and on record.

Transport modes and transit times China–East Asia

For samples and small shipments, door-to-door courier solutions in just a few days thanks to the proximity to China.

Door to door (DDP)

We handle everything, including import duties and taxes, and deliver to your address. You just receive the goods.

Customs when importing into East Asia

One point worth being clear about: East Asia is not a customs union nor does it share a single treaty with China. Each country clears the import on its own, with its own customs, its own tax and its own trade framework with China. Japan applies a 10% consumption tax and lowers tariffs progressively through RCEP (the first-ever trade agreement between China and Japan); it's a market that's very demanding on standards and quality. South Korea applies 10% VAT and has a bilateral FTA with China (Form K certificate of origin) that greatly reduces duty. Taiwan applies a 5% business tax (VAT) and has tariff cuts for a list of products through ECFA. In every case we handle it: certificate of origin, tariff classification and coordination with a customs agent at destination, so your cargo enters without surprises.

Destination countries in East Asia

East Asia

How it works, step by step

  1. We collect at the factory in China and prepare the paperwork, including the relevant certificate of origin.
  2. Export clearance at origin and loading via the best port or airport.
  3. International transport (sea or air) with tracking.
  4. Import clearance in the destination country: duty (reduced with the certificate of origin), tax and formalities.
  5. Final delivery to your warehouse or address, anywhere in the region.
