Shipping from China to Southeast Asia

We're a Chinese freight forwarder operating from the origin, where your goods are made and loaded. Southeast Asia is the closest region to China and one of the highest-trade ones: we coordinate your import end to end —sea, air or overland freight, documentation and customs clearance— with the prices you only get by working from the origin itself. A single point of contact from the Chinese factory to your warehouse door in Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia or Singapore.

Why import from China to Southeast Asia with a forwarder at origin

Better price, no middlemen

You work with the people at the port of departure in China, not a middleman at destination that subcontracts. Fewer links, better price.

We leverage the ASEAN-China FTA

With the Form E certificate of origin, much Chinese cargo enters ASEAN countries at reduced or zero duty. We make sure your shipment carries it so you pay as little as possible.

Proximity: short transits

It's the closest region to China. Many destinations are reached by sea in a few days, and Vietnam even by road or rail from southern China. Speed that's hard to match.

A single point of contact

One person answers for the whole journey. We work in writing, in English by default and in Spanish when you need it, so every detail is clear and on record.

Transport modes and transit times China–Southeast Asia

Sea · 3–10 days

The most cost-effective option and, thanks to proximity, surprisingly fast. FCL (full container) or LCL (groupage) to the region's major ports (Haiphong, Cat Lai, Laem Chabang, Tanjung Priok, Port Klang, Singapore).

Air · 2–5 days

For urgent or high-value cargo, to the region's major airports. Very fast thanks to proximity, tracked in real time.

Overland to Vietnam

Across the shared border, some cargo to Vietnam can travel by road or rail from southern China in a few days. A nimble option that doesn't exist to other continents.

Door to door (DDP)

We handle everything, including import duties and taxes, and deliver to your address. You just receive the goods.

Customs when importing into Southeast Asia

One point worth being clear about: ASEAN is a free-trade area, not a customs union. Each country clears the import on its own, with its own customs and its own tax. The great advantage is the ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement (ACFTA): with the Form E certificate of origin, much Chinese cargo enters at reduced or zero duty. What differs is the domestic tax: Vietnam applies VAT of around 10% (with a temporary cut to 8% for many goods), Thailand 7%, Indonesia 11%; Malaysia has no VAT but a Sales Tax (SST), and Singapore is essentially a free port (most goods duty-free) with 9% GST. In every case we handle it: Form E, tariff classification and coordination with a customs agent at destination, so your cargo enters without surprises.

Destination countries in Southeast Asia

We operate to the region's major markets. Each country page details its ports, times and customs. Don't see yours? Write to us: we reach it all the same.

Southeast Asia

How it works, step by step

  1. We collect at the factory in China and prepare the paperwork, including the Form E.
  2. Export clearance at origin and loading via the best port, airport or land crossing.
  3. International transport (sea, air or overland) with tracking.
  4. Import clearance in the destination country: duty (reduced with Form E), tax and formalities.
  5. Final delivery to your warehouse or address, anywhere in the region.
