Shipping from China to Thailand

We're a Chinese freight forwarder operating from the origin, where your goods are made and loaded. Thailand is a major consumption and industrial hub in Southeast Asia, very well connected with China: we handle your shipment end to end —transport, documentation and customs—, with the prices you only get by working from the origin itself.

Why work with a forwarder at origin

Better price, no middlemen

You work with the people at the port of departure in China, not a middleman in Thailand that subcontracts. Fewer links, better price.

Control from the factory

We're where your goods are made and loaded: we coordinate pickup, consolidation and shipping from the very first metre.

We leverage the ASEAN-China FTA

With the Form E certificate of origin, much Chinese cargo enters Thailand at reduced or zero duty. We make sure your shipment carries it.

We assist you in English

We work in writing and keep everything documented in English, the common standard in international shipping, and in Spanish when you need it. No language barrier with the origin.

Entry ports in Thailand

The best port depends on where your final destination in Thailand is. We pick the one that connects best to cut inland transport cost and time.

Laem Chabang

Thailand's largest port and its great deep-water gateway, southeast of Bangkok. It concentrates most of the country's container traffic, with direct services from the major Chinese ports. The entry par excellence from China.

Bangkok Port (Klong Toey)

The capital's river port, on the Chao Phraya. Useful for cargo bound directly for the Bangkok metropolitan area, with vessel size limits.

Map Ta Phut

A large industrial port in the southeast, specialised in petrochemicals and industrial cargo. For heavy and project cargo.

Songkhla

A port in the south of the country, useful for the southern region and the connection with Malaysia. An alternative depending on the destination.

We also operate with other Thai points: Bangkok (airports BKK · DMK) · Laem Chabang · Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC)

Transit times and transport modes

Sea · 4–10 days

The most cost-effective option. FCL (full container) or LCL (groupage) depending on your volume, to Laem Chabang, with frequent services from China.

Air · 2–4 days

For urgent or high-value cargo, via Bangkok (BKK/DMK). Very fast thanks to proximity, tracked in real time.

Door to door (DDP)

We handle everything, including duty and import VAT, and deliver to your address. You just receive the goods.

Customs and taxes when importing into Thailand

We take care of clearance. Thailand is part of ASEAN and the FTA with China (ACFTA): with the Form E certificate of origin, much Chinese cargo enters at reduced or zero duty. What is always paid is the import VAT, at 7% (one of the lowest in the region), calculated on the customs value plus duty and other charges. Clearance is processed with Thai Customs electronically; some products require licences or certificates (TISI). We make sure to leverage the Form E and coordinate clearance at destination, so your cargo enters without surprises.

How it works, step by step

  1. We collect at the factory in China and prepare the paperwork, including the Form E.
  2. Export clearance at origin and loading via the best Chinese port.
  3. International transport (sea or air) with tracking.
  4. Import clearance in Thailand: duty (reduced with Form E), 7% VAT and formalities.
  5. Final delivery to your warehouse or address, anywhere in the country.
