Air freight from China
When time is critical, air freight is the fastest way to bring your goods from China. We operate from the origin, next to China's main airports, to move your urgent or high-value cargo with real-time tracking and all the paperwork in order.
When air freight is the right choice
Urgent, tight deadlines
Launches, stockouts or orders that simply can't wait for a ship.
High-value cargo
Electronics, components or products where freight cost is small next to the value.
Samples and first orders
Validate a supplier or product fast, before committing to a container.
E-commerce / FBA restocking
Keep stock on Amazon and other marketplaces without going out of stock.
Chargeable weight (volumetric weight)
In air freight you don't pay only for actual weight, but for the chargeable weight: the greater of actual weight (kg) and volumetric weight. Volumetric is calculated as Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 6000. That's why a large, light box can «weigh» more than the scale shows. We work it out for you and tell you straight whether air or sea suits you better.
Air transit times
Indicative times from departure gate → destination airport:
- Europe: 5–7 days
- North America: 3–5 days
- Latin America: 4–7 days
- Middle East: 3–5 days
- Africa: 4–7 days
- Southeast Asia: 2–4 days
- East Asia: 1–2 days
- Oceania: 4–6 days
Batteries, liquids and dangerous goods
Air freight is the strictest mode for dangerous goods (IATA regulations), especially with lithium batteries, aerosols, flammable liquids or cosmetics. A wrong classification can stop your shipment at the airport. We review it before flying so it leaves without surprises.
Sounds complicated?
We handle the transport, paperwork and customs from start to finish.
How we handle your air shipment
- We collect at the factory and prepare the documentation.
- Export clearance in China and booking with the airline.
- Flight with an AWB number for real-time tracking.
- Import clearance at destination, coordinated with the customs agent.
- Final delivery to your warehouse, door to door if you need it.
