Shipping from China to Amazon FBA
We move your goods from the factory in China to the Amazon fulfilment centre, meeting their requirements down to the detail. You focus on selling; we make sure your stock arrives on time, labelled, and without getting stuck at receiving.
Prep to Amazon's requirements
FNSKU labelling
We label each unit with its FNSKU code and, if you need it, product labels, warnings or packaging.
Carton limits
Max 23 kg per box (boxes of 15–23 kg carry a «Heavy Package» label). We tell your factory to cap at 22 kg, to leave scale margin and avoid rejections at receiving.
Three labelling levels
Unit (FNSKU), master carton (shipment + content label) and pallet (Amazon + carrier label). All set for smooth receiving.
Inspection & repack
We check condition and quantity, and repack if the supplier's carton doesn't comply. Fewer surprises at destination.
Sea or air, depending on your restock
To restock with margin, sea freight is the most economical; if you're running low, air saves your week. We tell you which best balances cost and lead time for your case.
From container to Amazon: direct or via a buffer warehouse
When you import a full container, Amazon may split your shipment across several centres (Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza…), which complicates a direct delivery. Depending on your case we suggest two routes: direct to Amazon (cheaper, but less flexible: one error can block the whole delivery) or going through a buffer warehouse (3PL) that receives the full container, checks quality and relabels, and from there makes staggered restocks to FBA. This second route usually cuts Amazon storage costs and avoids many receiving issues. We advise you and coordinate it.
Customs: Amazon is not the importer
Important: Amazon does not act as the importer of your goods. You need your own importer of record in the destination country (for example, an EORI number in the EU) and a proper import clearance. We coordinate with a customs agent at destination so everything is in order before the cargo reaches the fulfilment centre.
