Shipping from China to the Middle East

We're a Chinese freight forwarder operating from the origin, where your goods are made and loaded. We coordinate your import from China to the Middle East end to end —sea or air freight, documentation and customs clearance— with the prices you only get by working from the origin itself. China–Gulf trade is huge and we know it well: a single point of contact from the Chinese factory to your warehouse door in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait or Israel.

Why import from China to the Middle East with a forwarder at origin

Better price, no middlemen

You work with the people at the port of departure in China, not a middleman at destination that subcontracts. Fewer links, better price.

Control from the factory

We're where your goods are made and loaded: we coordinate pickup, consolidation and shipping from the very first metre.

We know the China–Gulf route

We know Chinese carriers, airlines, ports and export formalities inside out, and the role of Jebel Ali as the region's great transhipment hub. We pick the best combination of factory, Chinese port and destination.

A single point of contact

One person answers for the whole journey. We work in writing, in English by default and in Spanish when you need it, so every detail is clear and on record.

Transport modes and transit times China–Middle East

Sea · Gulf 18–28 days

The most cost-effective option for large volumes. FCL (full container) or LCL (groupage) to Jebel Ali, Dammam or Hamad. Red Sea routes (Jeddah, Israel) may vary with the situation at the Suez Canal; we plan accordingly.

Air · 4–7 days

For urgent or high-value cargo, via the region's major cargo airports (Dubai is one of the world's largest). Fast and tracked in real time.

The Jebel Ali hub

Jebel Ali (Dubai) is the Gulf's great transhipment port: many routes pass through it and redistribute to the rest of the region. We leverage it when it cuts time or freight cost.

Door to door (DDP)

We handle everything, including import duties and taxes, and deliver to your address. You just receive the goods.

Customs when importing into the Middle East

It helps to distinguish two realities. The Gulf (GCC) countries —UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman— form a customs union with a common 5% tariff on most goods: once cleared in one Gulf country, in principle they circulate across the rest. What changes a lot from one to another is VAT: 5% in the UAE, 15% in Saudi Arabia and, as of today, no VAT in Qatar and Kuwait. Israel, by contrast, is not part of the Gulf: it has its own customs and its own VAT (18%). In every case we handle it: tariff classification and coordination with a customs agent at destination, so your cargo enters without surprises.

Destination countries in the Middle East

How it works, step by step

  1. We collect at the factory in China and review the paperwork.
  2. Export clearance at origin and loading via the best Chinese port or airport.
  3. International transport to the Middle East (sea or air) with tracking.
  4. Import clearance in the destination country: duties, taxes and formalities.
  5. Final delivery to your warehouse or address, anywhere in the region.
