Shipping from China to Oceania

We're a Chinese freight forwarder operating from the origin, where your goods are made and loaded. Oceania is a distant destination but very well connected to China by sea and air, with a great advantage: free trade agreements that bring most Chinese cargo to zero duty. We coordinate your import end to end —sea or air freight, documentation, biosecurity and customs clearance— with the prices you only get by working from the origin itself. A single point of contact from the Chinese factory to your warehouse door in Australia or New Zealand.

Why import from China to Oceania with a forwarder at origin

Better price, no middlemen

You work with the people at the port of departure in China, not a middleman at destination that subcontracts. Fewer links, better price.

We leverage the FTAs with China

Both Australia (ChAFTA) and New Zealand have a free trade agreement with China: with the certificate of origin, the vast majority of cargo enters at zero duty. We make sure your shipment carries it.

Biosecurity without surprises

Oceania is one of the world's strictest regions on quarantine and biosecurity (especially with wood packaging, which must meet the ISPM-15 standard). We prepare the documentation and packaging so your cargo isn't held.

A single point of contact

One person answers for the whole journey. We work in writing, in English by default and in Spanish when you need it, so every detail is clear and on record.

Transport modes and transit times China–Oceania

Sea · 18–28 days

The most cost-effective option for Oceania. FCL (full container) or LCL (groupage) to the region's major ports (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Fremantle, Auckland, Tauranga).

Air · 4–7 days

For urgent or high-value cargo, to the region's major airports. Much faster than sea, tracked in real time.

Express services

For samples and small shipments, door-to-door courier solutions with competitive lead times.

Door to door (DDP)

We handle everything, including duties, taxes and biosecurity formalities, and deliver to your address. You just receive the goods.

Customs and biosecurity when importing into Oceania

Two points worth being clear about. The first, good news: both Australia (ChAFTA) and New Zealand have a free trade agreement with China, so with the certificate of origin the vast majority of cargo enters at zero duty. The second, to watch: Oceania is not a customs union and is one of the world's strictest regions on biosecurity and quarantine. Wood packaging must meet the ISPM-15 standard, and many products (food, timber, animal or plant products) require additional controls. What differs is the domestic tax: Australia applies a 10% GST and New Zealand a 15% GST. In every case we handle it: certificate of origin, compliant packaging, tariff classification and coordination with a customs agent at destination, so your cargo enters without surprises.

Destination countries in Oceania

We operate to the region's major markets. Each country page details its ports, times and customs. Don't see yours? Write to us: we reach it all the same.

Oceania

How it works, step by step

  1. We collect at the factory in China and prepare the paperwork, including the certificate of origin and ISPM-15 compliant packaging.
  2. Export clearance at origin and loading via the best port or airport.
  3. International transport (sea or air) with tracking.
  4. Import clearance and biosecurity at destination: duty (zero with the certificate of origin), GST and quarantine controls.
  5. Final delivery to your warehouse or address, anywhere in the region.
