Shipping from China to Australia

We're a Chinese freight forwarder operating from the origin, where your goods are made and loaded. Australia is well connected to China by sea and air, and linked to it by a free trade agreement (ChAFTA) that brings most cargo to zero duty. We handle your shipment end to end —sea or air transport, documentation, biosecurity and customs—, with the prices you only get by working from the origin itself.

Why work with a forwarder at origin

Better price, no middlemen

You work with the people at the port of departure in China, not a middleman in Australia that subcontracts. Fewer links, better price.

We leverage ChAFTA

The China-Australia free trade agreement brings the vast majority of Chinese cargo to zero duty. With the right ChAFTA certificate of origin, we make sure you pay as little as possible.

Biosecurity without surprises

Australia is one of the world's strictest countries on quarantine. Wood packaging must meet the ISPM-15 standard and many products require controls. We prepare everything so your cargo isn't held.

We assist you in English

We work in writing and keep everything documented in English, the common standard in international shipping, and in Spanish when you need it. No language barrier with the origin.

Ports and entry points in Australia

The best point depends on where your final destination in Australia is and how urgent it is. The east coast (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane) concentrates the population and trade; the west is served via Fremantle. We pick what connects best.

Sydney (Port Botany)

One of Australia's largest container ports, on the east coast, the main gateway for New South Wales and the great Sydney market.

Melbourne

The country's busiest container port, in the southeast, a logistics core for Victoria and well connected to the interior.

Brisbane

The great northeastern port (Queensland), growing, the natural gateway for northern and southeastern Queensland.

Fremantle (Perth)

The main western port, next to Perth, the entry for Western Australia. Ideal if your destination is in that area.

We also operate with other Australian points: Sydney (airport SYD) · Melbourne (MEL) · Adelaide · Brisbane (BNE)

Transit times and transport modes

Sea · 18–28 days

The most cost-effective option. FCL (full container) or LCL (groupage) depending on your volume, to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Fremantle.

Air · 4–7 days

For urgent or high-value cargo, via Sydney (SYD), Melbourne (MEL) or Brisbane (BNE). Much faster than sea.

Express

For samples and small shipments, door-to-door courier with competitive lead times.

Customs, biosecurity and taxes when importing into Australia

We take care of clearance. Australia and China share the ChAFTA Free Trade Agreement: with the certificate of origin, the vast majority of Chinese cargo enters at zero duty. The point to watch is biosecurity: Australia is one of the world's strictest countries on quarantine (controls by the Department of Agriculture), and wood packaging must meet the ISPM-15 standard. What is always paid is the 10% GST, calculated on the customs value plus duty and freight. We make sure of the certificate of origin, compliant packaging and coordinate clearance at destination, so your cargo enters without surprises.

How it works, step by step

  1. We collect at the factory in China and prepare the paperwork, including the ChAFTA certificate of origin and ISPM-15 packaging.
  2. Export clearance at origin and loading via the best port or airport.
  3. International transport (sea or air) with tracking.
  4. Import clearance and biosecurity in Australia: duty (zero with ChAFTA), GST and quarantine controls.
  5. Final delivery to your warehouse or address, anywhere in the country.
