Shipping from China to Europe

We're a Chinese freight forwarder operating from the origin, where your goods are made and loaded. We coordinate your import from China to Europe end to end —sea, air or rail freight, documentation and customs clearance— with the prices you only get by working from the origin itself. A single point of contact from the Chinese factory to your warehouse door in Europe.

Why import from China to Europe with a forwarder at origin

Better price, no middlemen

You work with the people at the port of departure in China, not a middleman in Europe that subcontracts. Fewer links, better price.

Control from the factory

We're where your goods are made and loaded: we coordinate pickup, consolidation and shipping from the very first metre.

We know the ground

We know Chinese carriers, airlines, ports and export formalities inside out. We pick the best combination of factory, port and route to Europe.

A single point of contact

One person answers for the whole China–Europe journey. We work in writing, in English by default and in Spanish when you need it, so every detail is clear and on record.

Transport modes and transit times China–Europe

Sea · 25–35 days

The most cost-effective option for large volumes. FCL (full container) or LCL (groupage) depending on your cargo, to the main European ports.

Rail · 18–25 days

The China–Europe train: the balance between price and speed, an advantage unique to this route that doesn't exist to other continents.

Air · 5–7 days

For urgent or high-value cargo. Fast and tracked in real time to the destination airport in Europe.

Door to door (DDP)

We handle everything, including import duties and VAT, and deliver to your address in Europe. You just receive the goods.

Customs when importing into Europe

Not all of Europe shares the same customs regime, and it pays to be clear about it. The European Union is a customs union: goods cleared in one EU country move freely across the rest. To import into the EU you need an EORI number and an import SAD/DUA declaration is filed; customs duty —based on the TARIC code, common across the EU— and import VAT, whose rate varies by country (for example, 21% in Spain), are settled. By contrast, the United Kingdom (after Brexit), Switzerland and Norway sit outside the EU customs union and have their own import clearance. In every case we handle it: tariff classification and coordination with a customs agent at destination, so your cargo enters without surprises.

Destination countries in Europe

We operate across the whole of Europe, inside and outside the European Union. These are our main destinations; the page for each country will be published gradually. Don't see yours? Write to us: we reach it all the same.
