Routes
We're a Chinese freight forwarder operating from the origin, where your goods are made and loaded. Importing directly from China brings barriers —the language, the distance, who to turn to— and our job is to make them a non-issue. We handle your shipment from China to Poland end to end —transport, documentation and customs—, with a close, personal service in Spanish when you need it, and the prices you only get by working from the origin itself.
You work with the people at the port of departure in China, not a middleman in Poland that subcontracts. Fewer links, better price.
We're where your goods are made and loaded: we coordinate pickup, consolidation and shipping from the very first metre.
We know Chinese carriers, ports and export formalities inside out. We pick the best combination of factory, port and carrier to Poland.
We work in writing and can reply in two languages at once: Polish, your own, and English, the common standard in international shipping. Every detail stays clear and documented for both sides — no language barrier with the origin.
Poland combines growing Baltic ports with the main rail gateway of the China–Europe train. We pick the route that connects best to your destination to cut cost and time.
Poland's and the Baltic's largest port, with a deep-water terminal (DCT/Baltic Hub) able to receive the largest container ships on direct services from Asia. Poland's great sea gateway for Chinese cargo and a redistribution hub towards central and eastern Europe.
Alongside Gdańsk, it completes the port complex of the Gulf of Gdańsk. Strong in container, bulk and ro-ro cargo, with good rail and road connections inland.
The northwest port complex, on the German border. Well placed for western Poland, Berlin and eastern Germany, with container, bulk and ferry traffic.
The largest rail terminal on the EU's eastern border and the main gateway of the China–Europe train into the continent. Although not maritime, it's key for rail cargo from China and as a track-gauge transshipment hub.
We also operate with other Polish points: Warsaw (airport WAW) · Łódź (rail terminal) · Katowice · Poznań
The most cost-effective option. FCL (full container) or LCL (groupage) depending on your volume, to Gdańsk or Gdynia.
For urgent or high-value cargo, via Warsaw (WAW) and other airports. Fast and tracked in real time.
The China–Europe train, with Małaszewicze and Łódź as key entry terminals (some direct services arrive in around 10–14 days). Poland is the continent's great rail gateway: the best balance between price and speed; the exact time depends on the route and departure.
We take care of clearance. Poland is part of the EU customs union: to import you need an EORI number and an import declaration is filed. Customs duty (based on the product's TARIC code, common across the EU) and import VAT (VAT/PTU), at 23% standard with reduced rates for some products, are settled. Poland also allows settling import VAT directly in the periodic return (simplified procedure), a cash-flow advantage for the importer. We help with tariff classification and coordinate clearance with a customs agent at destination.
