Shipping from China to Israel

We're a Chinese freight forwarder operating from the origin, where your goods are made and loaded. Importing directly from China brings barriers —the language, the distance, who to turn to— and our job is to make them a non-issue. Israel has very intense trade with China: we handle your shipment end to end —transport, documentation and customs—, with the prices you only get by working from the origin itself.

Why work with a forwarder at origin

Better price, no middlemen

You work with the people at the port of departure in China, not a middleman in Israel that subcontracts. Fewer links, better price.

Control from the factory

We're where your goods are made and loaded: we coordinate pickup, consolidation and shipping from the very first metre.

We know the China–Israel route

We know Chinese carriers, ports and export formalities inside out, including Haifa's Chinese-operated container terminal. We pick the best combination of factory, Chinese port and destination.

We assist you in English

We work in writing and keep everything documented in English, the common standard in international shipping, and in Spanish when you need it. No language barrier with the origin.

Entry ports in Israel

The best port depends on where your final destination in Israel is. We pick the one that connects best to cut inland transport cost and time.

Haifa

The great northern Israeli port, on the Mediterranean. It has a modern, Chinese-operated container terminal (Bayport), which strengthens its connection with Asia. A good entry for the north and centre of the country.

Ashdod

The main southern port, near Tel Aviv, and a great gateway for container cargo. Ideal for the Tel Aviv metropolitan area and central Israel.

Eilat

A small Red Sea port in the south. Useful for certain flows arriving by that route, although most trade with China enters via the Mediterranean.

Bayport (Haifa) / HaMifratz

Haifa's new deep-water terminal, able to receive the largest container ships, has greatly increased the port's capacity and efficiency.

We also operate with other Israeli points: Tel Aviv (airport TLV · Ben Gurion) · Haifa · Ashdod

Transit times and transport modes

Sea · 24–35 days

The most cost-effective option. FCL (full container) or LCL (groupage) depending on your volume, to Haifa or Ashdod. The route enters via the Mediterranean through the Suez Canal; transit times may vary with the Red Sea situation, and we factor that into planning.

Air · 5–8 days

For urgent or high-value cargo, via Tel Aviv (TLV, Ben Gurion). Fast and tracked in real time.

Door to door (DDP)

We handle everything, including duty and import VAT, and deliver to your address. You just receive the goods.

Customs and taxes when importing into Israel

We take care of clearance. Israel is not part of the Gulf customs union: it has its own customs and its own tariff. On import, duty is settled under the product's classification (variable by goods type) along with import VAT, at 18% (raised from 17% in 2025), calculated on the value of the goods plus freight, insurance and duty. Many products must also meet Israeli technical standards (Standards Institution of Israel), something worth checking from origin. We help with classification and coordinate clearance with a local customs agent, so your cargo enters without surprises.

How it works, step by step

  1. We collect at the factory in China and review the paperwork and conformity with Israeli standards.
  2. Export clearance at origin and loading via the best Chinese port.
  3. International transport (sea or air) with tracking.
  4. Import clearance in Israel: duty, 18% VAT and formalities.
  5. Final delivery to your warehouse or address, anywhere in the country.
