Shipping from China to Malaysia

We're a Chinese freight forwarder operating from the origin, where your goods are made and loaded. Malaysia is one of Asia's great logistics crossroads, with world-class transhipment ports: we handle your shipment end to end —transport, documentation and customs—, with the prices you only get by working from the origin itself.

Why work with a forwarder at origin

Better price, no middlemen

You work with the people at the port of departure in China, not a middleman in Malaysia that subcontracts. Fewer links, better price.

Control from the factory

We're where your goods are made and loaded: we coordinate pickup, consolidation and shipping from the very first metre.

We leverage the ASEAN-China FTA

With the Form E certificate of origin, much Chinese cargo enters Malaysia at reduced or zero duty. We make sure your shipment carries it.

We assist you in English

We work in writing and keep everything documented in English, the common standard in international shipping and widely used in Malaysia, and in Spanish when you need it. No language barrier with the origin.

Entry ports in Malaysia

The best port depends on where your final destination in Malaysia is. We pick the one that connects best to cut inland transport cost and time.

Port Klang

Malaysia's largest port, next to Kuala Lumpur, and a major regional transhipment hub. The natural entry for the capital and the country's industrial heartland.

Tanjung Pelepas (PTP)

One of the world's most efficient transhipment ports, in the south (next to Singapore), with a large free zone. Over 90% of its traffic is transhipment: very useful for consolidating and redistributing.

Penang

The great northern port, the gateway for that region and its important electronics industry. A good entry for the north of the peninsula.

Kuching / Kota Kinabalu

Ports in the Malaysian part of Borneo (Sarawak and Sabah), gateways for the east of the country.

We also operate with other Malaysian points: Kuala Lumpur (airport KUL) · Port Klang · Tanjung Pelepas free zone · Penang

Transit times and transport modes

Sea · 5–9 days

The most cost-effective option. FCL (full container) or LCL (groupage) depending on your volume, to Port Klang or Tanjung Pelepas, with very frequent services from China.

Air · 3–5 days

For urgent or high-value cargo, via Kuala Lumpur (KUL). Fast and tracked in real time.

Door to door (DDP)

We handle everything, including duty and import taxes, and deliver to your address. You just receive the goods.

Customs and taxes when importing into Malaysia

We take care of clearance. Malaysia is part of ASEAN and the FTA with China (ACFTA): with the Form E certificate of origin, much Chinese cargo enters at reduced or zero duty. A distinctive point: Malaysia has no VAT, but the SST (Sales and Service Tax); on import the sales component applies, usually around 10% depending on the product type (some are exempt). Clearance is processed with the Royal Malaysian Customs. If the goods are to be re-exported, the free zones (such as Tanjung Pelepas) let you operate without paying duty until they enter the local market. We make sure to leverage the Form E and coordinate clearance at destination.

How it works, step by step

  1. We collect at the factory in China and prepare the paperwork, including the Form E.
  2. Export clearance at origin and loading via the best Chinese port.
  3. International transport (sea or air) with tracking.
  4. Import clearance in Malaysia: duty (reduced with Form E), SST and formalities.
  5. Final delivery to your warehouse or address, anywhere in the country.
